Monitoring and Service
Vision Security Services offers 24 hour back to base monitoring of your security system utilising a South Australian grade A1 monitoring station – the only grading that can ensure a police response to an alarm event. The station is manned by experienced operators and should an alarm activation take place at your premises, whether it be a burglary, fire or medical emergency, they will initiate the plan of action that you established at the time of the commissioning and/or installation of your security system.
The monitoring station will also advise us as to any potential faults with your system – for example: a back up battery failure – so that Vision Security Services can then offer any service or maintenance support which may be required.
Our monitoring and service rates are more than competitive. Monitoring is usually paid quarterly, in advance, with no set term contract and if you require monitoring of more than one site then the rate is reduced. With our service and maintenance rates we also endeavour to offer the best rate possible – our initial call out rate actually includes the first half hour of labour.
